ADC Advice and Guidance Service

Are you having difficulties getting into work or learning?

ADC works in partnership with London West Information Advice and Guidance (IAG).

Do you want help and support?

Advice and Guidance is a service ADC offers to help local residents move successfully into learning or work. The service is delivered primarily across Harrow and Brent to people aged 16 years or over.

The service is about helping individuals make well informed decisions, to enable them to realise their full potential. The service is FREE to all.

Who will benefit from the service?

The service is available to everyone but we especially hope to help those who are unemployed, low skilled, returning to work, having difficulties progressing in employment, considering a career change or wanting to return to learning (either full or part time).

At ADC IT College we provide:

  • Unbiased Information and Advice
  • Help with job searches, CVs, and application forms
  • Access to Learndirect training courses
  • Sign posting to Adult guidance
  • Confidentiality based on the Data Protection Act
  • A fair service to all our clients regardless of gender, race or ability
  • Prompt and courteous attention to all clients

What we expect from you:

  • We expect our clients to be open an honest with us so that we may provide the best possible advice.
  • To agree, sign and be responsible for an action plan
  • Be punctual in attending booked appointments and let us know if you cannot attend.
  • Give us feedback on our services; good or bad, to enable us to make continuous improvements.
