It's easy to become complacent about training when you are already in a job, but employees who regularly undertake training often achieve much better quality work and are more efficient. ADC aims to be as flexible as possible. We realise that being employed and trying to study can be difficult. Our opening hours are flexible and enable learners to study at our centre out of regular office hours therefore not requiring you to take time off. We have our own training rooms and encourage learners to use these facilities where they may study in a friendly and supportive environment without distractions.
