I click on start my learning but nothing happens?

When you click on either start or continue my learning a pop-up window normally launches displaying your course. However when you click on either continue my learning or start my learning nothing happens.

This is normally caused by the intervention of a pop-up blocker, a third party piece of software used to stop annoying pop-up adverts from displaying while you are browsing the internet. Unfortunately pop-up blockers also treat the Learndirect course as an annoying pop-up and therefore stop it from displaying.

In order for you to be able to view your course you must either disable the pop-up blocker or remove it as per the manufacturers instructions. Once disabled or removed you should now find that the pop-up window launches and contains your course.
