The CLAIT Suite from OCR stems from the previous RSA CLAIT programme and provides practical IT skills for everyone. The CLAIT suite consits of 3 qualifications from introductory to advanced levels with a direct route for progression.

CLAIT Advanced is the OCR qualification for IT users at level 3, and designed for advanced users who are already confident in using IT and have strong desktop IT skills. CLAIT Advanced enables learners to develop their existing skills and gain recognised certification at advanced level.

CLAIT Advanced consists of 3 mandatory units and 8 optional units. In order to achieve the CLAIT Advanced qualification, candidates must pass the 3 mandatory units plus 1 optional unit from the available 8. The optional units also include units from the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) programme at expert level.
