ADC aims to offer Small and Medium sized Enterprises a range of services to help them improve and succeed in business.

ADC started to work with SMEs by providing them with solutions for staff development. These solutions were either in the form of materials which we supplied to SMEs, and then advised them on how to implement, or in terms of training undertaken at ADC IT College, ADCs in house training division.

Now ADC aims to offer SMEs a much wider package in a bid to support a wide range of issues that are critical to SMEs, although one of the most critical issues for SMEs is staff development at resonable cost, other issues include IT and HR management also.
